I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as a Texas Professional Home Inspector. Being TREC Certified is of utmost importance as it ensures adherence to rigorous standards that govern home inspections. Additionally, I am a Certified Professional Inspector CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org). InterNACHI is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors, offering education, training, and certification.

To provide more context, I underwent rigorous inspection courses covering various facets of homes, both interior and exterior. These courses covered common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling systems, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of the InterNACHI® School, the only home inspector college globally that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Given that buying a home is generally the most substantial investment one makes, obtaining a home inspection holds significant importance. InterNACHI® will pay up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted, or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. The claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
