Sample Reports
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.
We Educate Our Clients
During the home inspection, we will show you how everything in your house works, how to maintain it, and how to save home energy. Scientific evidence demonstrates a solid relationship between housing conditions and human health. So, let's make sure your home supports your health.

Meet the Inspector
Michael Ward
My name is Michael Ward. For the majority of my adult life I built, dismantled, maintained and inspected offshore drilling derricks all over the world. In 2020 I became a licensed TREC Professional Home Inspector where I have since performed hundreds of home inspections of all sorts of various home styles and structures. I have also worked as a construction manager for a major home builder here in Texas where I furthered my knowledge of the home building process by overseeing the construction of many homes from breaking ground to the closing of the home. I am the sole inspector for my company so you can rest assured that the man you see in this picture is the one who will perform your inspection. My promise to every client is to do the best job I possibly can on each and every inspection I perform. I am here for my clients before during and after the purchase of their new home.
